The flat plan was the basic setup for the team's concept and setup of the Magazine.
Designer's who want to work with a group have to keep in mind the psychology makeup of the magazine's team and work towards the target audience's psychological perception of topics and symbolic interpretation of the material guided in the title of the Magazine.
Our magazine flat plan was and is still under construction because every time I lead an enquiry about the team's feel I run into issues that maybe not so much on a linear perspective rather than a layout based on a female perspective of layout. Keeping in mind that the job role of a layout designer is to keep the Team motivated about the final product and how it appears to others.
Psychology out of the way the actual design factor has a focus on young proffessionals, thus I feel inclined to keep my design clean and structured as much as possible, this of course requires my Team to respect my views pending on the layout of individual pages in the light of design percieved wider by the audience the magazine is intended for. A mix of female and male genders and most importantly an "Elite" professional standard of design, i.e. not too kitsche in artistic value.
